Required eligibility and survey consent
To take the quiz, you must separately certify that you are 18 or older and explicitly agree to our collecting and storing your questionnaire answers. Both boxes begin unchecked. If you decline either, you cannot take the quiz. We do not independently verify your age through this confirmation.
What we collect for every completed quiz
We store your Yes / Maybe / No responses to each answered activity, free-text custom activities you submit, your three-digit score, a numbered participant ID, date and time of submission, and the version of the consent you accepted. The site owner can review responses one participant at a time or examine overall statistical patterns. No name, pseudonym, age, sex, email address or account is needed for the standard quiz. We do not intentionally store IP addresses or advertising identifiers in the survey database. Avoid entering names, email addresses or identifying details in custom activities.
Optional personalized badge and 800 Club
After receiving your score, you can separately choose to provide a name or pseudonym, age (18–120), sex, and—for eligible scores of 800 or more—whether you want to join a private 800 Club list. All such fields are optional, and saving them requires another unchecked consent box. A score of 800 or more earns an on-screen badge whether or not you provide identifying details. No profile or member list is public at launch. If public profiles or a leaderboard are introduced later, separate express permission will be required before publishing any person's information.
Purpose and access
We use survey answers to provide the score, allow the site owner to review individual questionnaires, and calculate trends. Optional profile details are used for private badge personalization and optional private club registration. We do not intend to sell questionnaire responses or use them for behavioral advertising. Individual answers are not shown to other visitors. These records are pseudonymous, not guaranteed anonymous.
Service providers and technical records
Cloudflare hosts the website and database, and may process technical records, including IP addresses, in the normal course of providing site delivery, security and infrastructure services. Our own survey table does not intentionally include IP addresses. We do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers on quiz pages.
Retention, deletion and access
Questionnaire records and any linked optional profile data are retained for up to 180 days, then deleted when the site's deletion routine runs on the next submission or owner-dashboard visit; inactive sites may delete them later. Provider backups may be subject to separate retention periods. After your response is successfully saved, you receive a private deletion link. Keep it safe: anyone with that link can delete the record. Deletion removes the questionnaire and linked optional details from the live database. The operator must provide a contact channel for additional rights requests before launch.
Important
Answers involve highly personal sexual interests. A consent to storage is not consent to sexual activity; “Maybe” is just a quiz response. This service is for adults only and uses self-certification, not age verification. Applicable privacy and age-verification requirements vary by jurisdiction. Review this model legally before public launch, especially the requirement to contribute sensitive data to use the quiz.
